This was so easy.  Put a marshmallow on a toothpick and dip it into the water.  Shake off any extra water then dip the marshmallow in the colored sugar.  Put the marshmallow onto wax paper to dry.  Once dry simply spray the wooden skewer with cooking spray and slide the marshmallows on.  cut the fold on the sandwich bag to make the bag longer.  Place the skewer in the bag and tie with the ribbon.

The inspiration for this snack came from The decorated cookie.

I wanted to do these in the school colors so I made my own colored sugar.  Put regular sugar into a plastic cut or bowl.  Add a few drops of food coloring and stir.  Add a few drops of food coloring at a time until you get the color you want.  Then put on a regular plate or a paper plate to dry. I like to use a plastic cup and a paper plate so I can just throw them away.
